At V Leads Marketing, we are committed to providing high-quality, verified leads to our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued and how cancellations are handled.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions

  • If V Leads Marketing fails to deliver the agreed-upon number of verified leads within the specified time frame as outlined in the service agreement.
  • If V Leads Marketing is unable to fulfill the lead generation service due to unforeseen circumstances or operational limitations.
  • If a client cancels the service within 24 hours of purchase and before any leads have been delivered, a full refund may be granted.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the client receives the agreed-upon number of verified leads but fails to convert them into sales.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of leads, but the leads have been verified as interested buyers or sellers.
  • If the client fails to follow up on leads or does not use them effectively.
  • If the client cancels the service after leads have been delivered.
  • If V Leads Marketing determines that the client has violated the Terms of Service or Fair Usage Policy.

2. Refund Process

  • Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request to info@vleadsmarketing.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
  • The refund request must include:
    – Purchase details (invoice or receipt).
    – Reason for refund request with supporting evidence (e.g., proof of undelivered leads).
  • Our team will review the request within 10 business days and notify the client of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their service at any time by contacting info@vleadsmarketing.com   
  • If the cancellation occurs before any leads have been delivered, the client may be eligible for a refund as per the conditions stated above.
  • If the cancellation occurs after lead delivery has begun, the client will not be eligible for a refund.
  • V Leads Marketing reserves the right to cancel services for clients who violate our Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

  • Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting V Leads Marketing’s support team to resolve the issue.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and termination of services.
  • If a chargeback is filed after receiving valid leads, V Leads Marketing reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover losses.
