terms of services agreement – platinum plan

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between V Leads Marketing (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and

Scope of Services:
The Company agrees to provide lead generation services to the Client, aiming to deliver qualified and interested leads in the real estate industry.
Payment Terms:
1- The Client shall pay a sign-up fee of $1200 upfront upon signing this Agreement.
2- In the event that the Company fails to provide a minimum of an average of 2 to 4 referrals as specified in lead Delivery, the sign-up fee will be refunded back into the client account.
3- Referrals Fees: Broker/Agent consents to pay Realtoronic 10% of the Net Commission for any Real Estate transactions (buying and selling) through the leads during the Marketing Coverage period/time.
4- The signup fee will be reimbursed back into the client's account after the very first successful closing.
Lead Delivery:
1- The Company will deliver the first lead within 1 month from the date of signing this Agreement.
2- A total of an average of 2 to 4 referrals per month will be delivered in 365 days to the Client.
Agreement Duration:
1- The Client shall not terminate this Agreement, initiate a chargeback, or raise a dispute for a minimum period of 30 days from the date of execution. In the event of unsuccessful delivery of leads, as specified in the Lead Delivery section, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund within 30 days.
2- After the initial 30-day period, the Client shall no longer be eligible to request a refund or initiate a dispute under this Agreement.
3- This agreement is valid upto 365 days from the date of signing this agreement.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the course of this Agreement, in accordance with the terms stated in a separate Confidentiality Agreement or Non Disclosure Agreement, if applicable.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
